-  In case of manufacturing fault, replacement may be considered.  in rest of the case, warranty will be available by respected brand / manufacturer / supplier (if specified)

- Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.


**Refunds**

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 working days of receipt.

- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
